FAQ

Not the frequently asked questions page!

Swim-Sprouts_faces

Many websites put up a frequently asked questions page however we at SwimSprouts believe that parents should interact with us on any questions that they may want to ask with regards to what is needed for themselves and their baby or child.

To this end, we have set up a private group page on Facebook whereby interactive discussions can take place and where photos and or videos can be viewed.

This we believe is a much more friendly way of communicating and learning. We can therefore be hands-on with advice for our customers and bring them experiences from our contacts in swimming from all over the world.

Yes, Keith and I have over 50 years of combined experience in swimming at all levels. Have a look at our profiles if you are at all interested in hearing us boasting about ourselves.

This is not all about me. The only thing you need to know about me is that I care about how parents and children feel. I have a desire to make your experience different. My main aim is to ensure you and your children are happy.

My ambitions throughout the last 21 years in the swimming industry have been to ensure that children and parents enjoy their time with us. Many people think that franchising is the key to success however I believe franchising is focused on money ambitions as opposed to investing in teaching opportunities and offering a good local service to customers.

For 21 years I have made a living out of providing success for others and have always invested time and resources into improving the way in which we train our teachers and why we deliver a good service to participants.

I have successfully run a swimming lessons company for 21 years and have recently teamed up with a good friend Keith Anderson (who also owns his own successful swimming lessons company) to allow parents to experience a different water experience with SwimSprouts.

It has been said that the most successful people are the people that know why they do what they do. For me, it is not about the what and the how. Everyone can boast about what they do and how they do it.

Why am I providing this opportunity for you when at the age of 66 I could be retiring and relaxing?

Because I care about you and your family’s future. I want to improve the swimming provision in your area and offer an alternative to what is currently out there and I want you and your baby/toddler to be happy.

Keith

Aquatic Learning was set up in 1996 by Keith Anderson with the primary aim being to provide high-quality swimming tuition, at affordable prices, for all ages and abilities.

Keith has been involved in Swimming and Water Polo since 1980 having represented Scotland and Great Britain over 300 times at many top Water Polo tournaments around the world, and having been Scotland and Great Britain Player of the year on many occasions.

Through this initial involvement in Aquatics Keith became involved in swimming teaching in 1990 which led to the founding of Aquatic Learning. Since its conception in 1996 Aquatic Learning has grown steadily over the years and now provides tuition across Edinburgh, Midlothian, West Lothian, Fife, and Aberdeen to over 2000 children each week.  Keith is now also a qualified swimming tutor, with the sports governing body, Scottish Swimming.
